### Guarantees and terms

- A working staging URL within seven days of kickoff, or the client does not pay.
- On full payment the client owns the application outright (code, designs, content, data, brand), in their own AWS account, domains and repository; handover includes infrastructure templates, a deployment CLI and a written runbook. Keelara retains its reusable Blueprint (scaffolding, component libraries, operations tooling) and licenses it to the client perpetually, irrevocably and royalty-free for use in their app (Exhibit A).
- Payment is split across milestones that trigger on verifiable events (a staging URL that opens, a payment that clears), never calendar dates.
- Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, optional NDA and Data Processing Agreement; weekly written status every Friday; written, priced change requests for anything outside scope.

1. Enquiry by email or the form on /studio; personal reply within one business day.
2. Free 30-minute fit call. Gate 1: a named budget, the decision-maker present, a real deadline or cost of doing nothing, and work inside the published packages.
3. Blueprint Sprint (one week): specification and fixed quote. Gate 2: proceed, take the blueprint elsewhere, or request changes.
4. Build (two to four weeks) once the SOW is signed and the deposit clears; staging URL live by day 7.
5. Acceptance against the SOW criteria, then launch on the client's domain in the client's AWS account.
6. Three months of included monitoring and patching; then continue, upgrade, or self-operate with the runbook.
